Werner Dahl – Service Technician
Werner started with the Company in 2007 as a service technician and has worked his way up to Leading Hand in the field. Werner is respected by his peers.
Werner has a vast experience with servicing not just limited to an Icon Septech waste treatment plant. His knowledge on the working mechanical parts in the system is outstanding.
Werner enjoys the physical hands on side of the job, prides himself on the customer relationships he has formed, he is very well liked by his customer base and they cannot speak highly enough of him. Werner likes going to new / challenging jobs where he can diagnose the issue and fix it and see the outcome.
Werner is based in Mornington Peninsula and Frankston City areas
Werner carries a restricted electrical reconnect/disconnect licence, working with children’s check, enter and work in confined spaces and HLTAID001 provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Ron Thomas – Service Technician
Ron began with the business in 1986 making him one of our longest serving employees a well-earned 34 years! Prior to this Ron started his business in 1983 Ron Thomas Plumbing. Ron has been apart of this business since it started.
Ron likes to correctly diagnose problems and putting his thinking cap on to rectify the issues, Ron will go above and beyond in his role as he can confidently say he absolutely loves his job!
Ron loves having good relationships with his customers and with the years of service he has under his belt he has developed not just relationships with his customers, but customer he can call friends.
Ron is based in the Mitchell, Hepburn, Macedon Ranges, Hume, Ballarat City, Whittlesea, Moorabool Shires
Ron carries a restricted electrical reconnect/disconnect licence, plumbing licence and working with children’s check
Jared Babic - Service Technician
Nathan Gordon – Service Technician
Nathan started with Icon Septech in April of 2020
Nathan is self-sufficient and enjoys the outdoors and working on his own
Nathan is based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
Nathan carries his restricted electrical reconnect/disconnect license and a working with children’s check.
Adam Power – Service Technician
Adam started his journey with Icon Septech in July of 2018, prior to joining the team Adam was employed as a maintenance plumber in Melbourne, Adam was looking for a sea change and packed himself and his family up and moved to Northern Victoria.
Enjoys traveling to all different areas and meeting new customers, and being able to service the systems and involve his plumbing experience into challenging jobs and delivering customer satisfaction
Adam is based in the Northern region of Victoria
Adam carries restricted electrical reconnect/disconnect license, plumbing trade qualification, and police check
Dale Greenwood – Installer/Service Technician
Dale commenced his career in the wastewater industry in 2003 where he created his business Advanced Sewage Treatment and has been running successfully since.
Dale’s flexible approach means he can work independently, and in a team, Dale thrives on a challenge and being able to solve problematic issues on site and says it is a very rewarding feeling
In Dale’s career he has installed over 500 systems both commercial & residential
Dale is based in the Yarra Ranges, Nillumbik, Maroondah, Banyule, Manningham, Whittlesea, Mitchell Shires
Dale carries a restricted electrical reconnect/disconnect licence, working with children’s check, police check, enter and work in confined spaces and HLTAID001 provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Ryan Marchesani - Service Technician
Shallon Duck – Service Manager
Shallon started with the business in May of 2018, prior to becoming the Service Manager for Icon Septech her background was HVAC-R in a commercial field from installation then going on to supervising technicians in a service department reacting to breakdowns & servicing for a small Company.
Shallon has brought with her Certificate 2, 3 & 4 in Business (Office Administration) and her ‘can do’ attitude nothing is too big or small to be handled. Backed by her reactive nature you can assure the job will get done in a timely and effective manner.
When Shallon is not working she loves spending time with her family on holidays, in the caravan, 4-wheel driving & motorbiking with her boys
Samantha Bell – Service Coordinator
Sami started her journey with Icon Septech business February of 2022, prior to this Sami was a service coordinator, so Sami knows what it takes to coordinate having prior experience.
Sami prides herself on attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and her professionalism in the workplace, her workmates would describe her with a no nonsense need to get the job done attitude
Glenn Saddington – Electrician
Glenn is a qualified ‘A’ grade electrician on the Mornington Peninsula, Glenn started his business in early 2015 All Spark Peninsula Electrical
Until recently Glenn was only carrying out electrical works for the business, however we trained him up and put him out to servicing the waste treatment plants on the Mornington Peninsula.
Glenn thrives on being able to repair all electrical components of the system, getting out and about to different locations and enjoys the flexibility of his role.
Glenn is based on the Mornington Peninsula
Glenn carries an ‘A’ grade electrical license, Cabler registered (data, structured wiring) license, working with children’s check, EWP for scissor lift and ticketed for construction wiring.
